New Year at The Waldorf
December 30th
After arriving and settling in to your room there will be a reception in the Cabaret bar at about 6:00pm
Sherry, Port and Mince pies will be served and you will
have an opportunity to meet your fellow guests and
members of the staff.
At 7:00 pm sit down to a superb candlelit dinner setting the mood for the evening ahead.
Following dinner, we again meet in the Cabaret Bar for the first night of fun, were going to start with a few party
games and a Quiz followed by a light supper at 10:30
then our first Cabaret act on stage at around 11pm
followed by Karaoke & music until the early hours of ........
New Years Eve
A hearty Breakfast the remainder of the morning is free for you to stroll along the Promenade, check out the sales in the town centre or relax in our sun lounge in preparation for the night ahead.
Morning Coffee and Biscuits are served in the Sun-lounge at 11:30am.
About 2:30pm the for those that haven't ventured out join Nancy in the Cabaret bar for "Hoy Bingo" and "Play Your Cards Right" and Party Games.
A Gala Evening meal with a complementary wine will be served at 5pm after which you will just have time to get ready before our evening of Fun and Cabaret.
The evening kicks off at about 7:30pm followed by our second Act at 9:00pm, the New Year Buffet is served at
approximately 10:30 and seeing in the bells at midnight our third artiste between the acts Nancy our resident compare will keep the fun going with "Mr & Mrs " and party games.
New Years Day
To allow those of us that over indulged last night to recover, coffee and Dainish will be served between 9:00 and 9:45 and Brunch from 10:30 until 1pm, after which some personal time to relax with tea or coffee in the sun lounge or visit the sales in the town centre.
At 6:30 the Candle lit farewell gala evening meal will be served in the restraunt, then a short break before our compare entertains you with "Play your Cards Right", "Hoy Bingo" and Charades,
After a light supper at about 10pm our cabaret comes on comes on stage atand for those night birds karaoke and music until the early ours of the morning.
January 2nd 2008
After a Hearty English Breakfast at 9am to set you up for the journey home and time to do your final packing morning coffee will be served in the Sun Lounge before final goodbyes. Finally …. We wish you all a safe journey home and a Peaceful and Prosperous New Year and look forward to seeing you again soon.
